Defective Items

If there is extensive damage to the delivery package / carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service (+91-9810820273) immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund for the order. Please share your order number from your original confirmation e-mail / invoice and also please a picture of the damaged product on contactus@yathashilpam.com or on what’s app number +91-9810820273. Yathashilpam will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Yathashilpam will arrange a reverse pick-up, in cases we are unable to schedule a reverse pickup due to operational reasons of our shipping partner we will contact the customer and guide further.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.

All items properly returned will be inspected after receipt and processed for refund or replacement. If you choose a refund, the refund (if applicable) will be credited when Yathashilpam has received and processed your return. It may take up to 10 working days to process your refund.
